A Cincinnati native, Natalie Blomer has special memories of going to her local donut spot as a kid. Natalie began baking donuts for her favorite spot in 2012 before heading to the University of Cincinnati to study entrepreneurship. After seven years of baking donuts, and also earning her degree, Natalie put her experience and expertise into action when she began her donut food truck in 2019. Combining her dad's (Blomer) and mom's (Ossim) names, the idea of Blossim Donuts represents who she is and the joy of donuts she wants to share. Natalie's donut truck business "Blossim-ed" into her dream of owning a storefront in 2021 with the opening of the Blossim Donuts storefront on 9797 Montgomery Road. Passionate about people and donuts, Natalie looks forward to sharing her dream and her donuts with you!
