At Blossim, we are proud to be a completely nut-free bakery — free from both peanuts and tree nuts. Every donut is made in a dedicated nut-free facility, so you never have to worry about cross contamination.

MEET THE MAKER
A dream built on donuts & love.
A Cincinnati native, Natalie’s love for donuts started at the local donut shop she visited as a kid. Years later, she began working at that very same shop, spending seven years as a baker and learning the craft of making fresh donuts from the ground up.
While baking, Natalie attended Ohio University and later the University of Cincinnati, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship. She had always dreamed of opening a donut shop of her own, and in 2019, that dream began with the launch of the Blossim Donuts food truck.
The name Blossim comes from Natalie’s family. As the middle of three daughters, her older sister took after their mom’s side, the Ossims, while her younger sister took after their dad’s side, the Blomers. Natalie was always a mix of both — earning the family nickname Blossim.
In 2021, the food truck “Blossim-ed” into the storefront at 9797 Montgomery Road, bringing Natalie’s longtime dream full circle. Today, she’s proud to share that dream — and fresh donuts — with the Cincinnati community every day.
