  • What forms of payment are accepted?

    • We accept credit/debit card and cash. For large events and catering orders we can accept checks if discussed at time of ordering.

  • How can I place a small order for storefront pickup?​

    • For orders of 4 dozen or fewer, you may call during normal business hours. Orders must be received by noon the day prior to your desired pick up date. 

  • How far in advance do I need to place an order or book an event?

    • Catering orders must be placed 3 days in advance. Food truck requests must be received at least 1 week prior to the event. 

  • What is the Delivery / Catering Radius for the food truck?

    • ​We are currently serving the greater Cincinnati area. Final fees are determined exact location. 

  • How do I determine the amount of donuts I need for my event or catering needs?

    • Typically we suggest planing for about 1-2 donuts per guest. Fill out our inquiry form and we will be happy to help you determine exactly how many you need for the event! 

  • What if my event is impacted by poor weather?

    • We will arrive rain or shine!​ If the event gets cancelled we will work with you to reschedule, depending on availability. 

  • What should I expect the day of my event?

    • ​​If using the truck we will arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled event. For catering orders we will work together to schedule a convenient pick up or delivery time. 

  • Can you accommodate custom orders?

    • Yes! We try out best to personalize your order to fit your event!​ Please fill out an inquiry form to be contacted by Blossim donuts to discuss all custom order requests. 

  • Are you allergen friendly?

    • Yes! We proudly exclude peanut and tree nut products!
