At Blossim, we are proud to be a completely nut-free bakery — free from both peanuts and tree nuts. Every donut is made in a dedicated nut-free facility, so you never have to worry about cross contamination.

MEET THE MAKER

A dream built on donuts & love.

A Cincinnati native, Natalie has special memories of going to her local donut spot as a kid. She began baking donuts professionally in 2012 before heading to the University of Cincinnati to study entrepreneurship — and after seven years of baking and earning her Bachelor's degree, she put it all into action.

In 2019, Natalie launched her donut food truck — combining her dad's name (Blomer) and her mom's name (Ossim) to create Blossim Donuts, a name that represents exactly who she is.

That truck business "Blossim-ed" into her dream of owning a storefront, opening at 9797 Montgomery Road in 2021. Passionate about people and donuts, Natalie looks forward to sharing her dream — and her donuts — with you!
